Shipping, returns, warranty & privacy

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Drop-ship and wholesale orders received before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched within 2 business days.

Small-parcel shipments travel via FedEx or UPS Ground; oversize items ship LTL freight with curbside delivery. Tracking numbers are transmitted to partners within 24 hours of dispatch.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are available by quotation. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery; concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Partners may issue return authorizations through our portal or by emailing our support team; a prepaid label is issued for items returned due to damage or defect.

Missing or damaged parts are replaced free of charge. Most replacement parts ship within 2 business days from Los Angeles; hardware kits ship via expedited parcel.

Items that have been assembled or modified may be subject to a restocking fee unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Alad Jaledy LLC warrants that its wardrobe products will be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery, and that hardware (hinges, glides, tracks, handles) will be free from defects for 1 year.

This warranty covers normal residential use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, alteration, commercial use, exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures, or ordinary wear.

Warranty claims may be submitted through the retail partner from whom the product was purchased or directly to connect@aladjaledy.store with proof of purchase and photographs. Remedies include replacement parts, repair or replacement at our discretion.

All freestanding wardrobes ship with a wall-anchoring kit and are tested to ASTM F2057 (Standard Safety Specification for Clothing Storage Units). Anchoring instructions are included with every product and available for download on request.

Composite wood panels comply with CARB Phase 2 and EPA TSCA Title VI formaldehyde emission standards. Finishes used on kids products are GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Safety Data Sheets and compliance certificates are supplied to retail partners at onboarding and upon request.

Alad Jaledy LLC collects only the information necessary to process orders, respond to inquiries and provide customer support—typically name, company, shipping address, email and phone number.

We do not sell personal information. Order data shared with carriers and retail partners is limited to what is required to fulfill and support the order. Data is retained only as long as needed for business, tax and warranty purposes.
